By accessing or using Zeek ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Zeek is an AI-powered screenshot recall and action application. The Service allows you to import, organize, search, and resurface screenshots using artificial intelligence.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond normal app usage.
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service's security.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all screenshots and content you upload to Zeek. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze your content solely to provide the Service's features (search, resurfacing, organization).

6. AI Processing

Your screenshots are processed by AI systems to extract text, entities, and meaning. This processing may involve third-party AI providers. We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated metadata, summaries, or classifications.

7. Service Availability

Zeek is currently in beta. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, damages, or issues arising from your use of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important data.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
